Power of morning routine for self mastery

In this world of hustle we couldn't find time for ourselves. Isn't it true? You think we should give time for ourselves daily but this time should be in day as we think but in reality you just need your time for self in morning rather than in day . It will more effective way and powerful way . So questions arises what are be the routine ? well in this blog article we will explore efficient way for morning routine or rituals so let's begin 

There are five steps to follow which I described below 👇 and in last i will share ideal time table of morning 




Step 1   wake up early

We are discussing morning routine so we should wake up early . Even research says about 50% of self-made millionaires wake up at least three hours before their workday starts.
Wakening up early has own benefit like good health (mental+physical), productivity, improve focus , time for self growth and many more. 
Wake up early and get more than who don't wake up early. The early time has its own calmness and clarity. after waking up early second step comes and second step is 



Step 2 drink water 


After wake up early a you need to hydrate your body so take a pan and fill with two glass of water and boil for two minutes then drink it is not very gradually and  Consciously. There are many benefits of Drinking water 

1. Hydration and Detoxification: After hours of sleep, your body needs rehydration. Drinking water in the morning helps flush out toxins and supports kidney function, aiding in detoxification.


2. Boosts Metabolism: A glass of water can kick-start your metabolism, helping to burn calories more efficiently throughout the day. It also prepares your digestive system for the upcoming meals.


3. Enhances Brain Function and Mood: Hydration plays a key role in brain health. Drinking water first thing in the morning can improve concentration, mental clarity, and mood by ensuring your brain gets the hydration it needs.


Step 3 : little bit streching 

When you wake up early your body feel lethargic but after drinking water you will feel energetic then third task are coming which is streching. I am not saying that you go to gym or do heavy poses of yoga  if you are complete beginner . Start from scratch , do easy  exercises initially then go to heavy exercises. However you already knows the benefits so instead of benefits I will share some statistics on exercise so  Surveys show that around 76% of high-achieving CEOs and executives exercise regularly, many incorporating physical activity at least four to five days a week.
 
About 50% of executives who exercise prefer doing so early in the morning, as it helps set a positive tone for the day. This routine is common among figures like Apple CEO Tim Cook and former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi, who start their days as early as 4:30 or 5 a.m. with exercise.



Step 4 affirmation 

If you know already about affirmations then skip this point and jump to fifth point . Now let's discuss what are affirmation, how to write and what are their benefits. So let's begin affirmations are sets of positive lines which you want deeply or you want to manifest in life let's take an example if you want peace then your affirmation be like I am peaceful. Now questions arises from where to get these affirmation so there are two ways first one , write your own affirmation according to need or you listen readyment affirmation which is available on YouTube I will share some links also 






Step 5: planning of day


Last step of this morning routine is very important and crucial Which is planning if you are able to plan your day before start then your day  will go smoothly and productive because you know that what are the things that you actually do . Planning before they start is very important habit that millionaires and billionaires do on daily basis. Now question arises how planning will be ? 
Firstly  make a list of things that you want to do in a day. Then use ABCDE marking.  Let's understand ABCDE marking by an example suppose you have targets like that 

1. Meditation 
2. Video script
3 . Editing 
4. Party
5. Check emails
6. Blog write.
7. journaling
8. Study 
9.observations through telescope 

Now you have to put ABCDE marking on the basis of priority and urgency . put " A " on the most important and urgent task.
And then put" B " on least important but urgent task. Then mark "C" on which you have least important and least urgent task and "D" stands for delegate and" E " for eliminate.
