How to develop a positive mindset in 30 days

Our human behaviour is that we see those things first which we don't have and forgetting that what we are actually have  that is major problem. If we look only positive side of our life we will change our life so questions arises how we can well simple answer is by practicing gratitude well let's explore more about gratitude

In our brain has a part Which is prefrontal cortex it secrets chemicals when we sad or depressed to neutralize it . so on the basis of research when we feel gratitude prefrontal cortex active and neutralize the emotion .

So now a question arises what are affirmations. affirmations are set of lines that positive and you repeat daily. 

What steps you take so after wake up mind is in state of peace so what we feed to our brain is directly goes in subconscious mind so instead scroll on social media give just 5 minute for self I am not saying you give one hour 2 hour to just give 5 minutes and what you will do in this 5 minutes I will tell you . Now you are thinking that why I write heading "surroundings" is really surrounding effects positivity well simple answer of this question is ' yes'  surrounding matters a lot scientific studies says that  your mind set is average of five people that you surround the most

So in nutshell our surrounds are positive then our day go peaceful and energetic if our surroundings has negative Vibes or surrounds with baseless talks are mind will divert and feel negative so surround yourself with positive environment and these help you to maintain positive lifestyle.
