Action Step: After a setback, ask yourself: What can I learn from this experience? Write down at least one positive takeaway.

This step is not easy to perform it requires hell of patience and practice . what I mean ? I mean to say that" negative self talk that you" you need to identify yourself

It’s that inner voice that whispers, “You’re not good enough,” or “You’ll never succeed.” While self-doubt and criticism are normal, they can become barriers to personal growth and success when left unchecked. There are four methods that you use to empower negative thoughts

2. Question the Inner Critic

Evidence Test: Ask yourself, “What evidence supports this thought? What contradicts it?”

Worst-Case Scenario: Consider the actual worst-case outcome and how you would handle it.


3. Reframe the Narrative

Replace absolute statements like “I always fail” with balanced ones like “I’ve had successes and challenges.”

Shift from “I can’t do this” to “I’ll try my best and see what I learn.”

4.Seek Professional Help if Needed
